What this site stores.

The short version: nothing from Google unless you agree, and a handful of things kept in your own browser so the site remembers your cart and your theme.

Your choice

You haven’t chosen yet, so nothing from Google is loaded. It is kept for six months, then we ask again.

Only with your agreement: analytics

When you accept, the site loads Google Tag Manager, which runs Google Analytics 4. That sets cookies beginning _ga on nityastones.co.uk, kept for up to two years, which tell Google Analytics that a visit is the same browser coming back. We see page counts and which pages lead to orders, not who you are. No advertising cookies are set. Google’s own notice is at policies.google.com.

Always: kept in your browser, never sent to us

These are not cookies. They stay in your browser’s local storage on this device, do not leave it, and go when you clear your browsing data.

Your cookie choice (nitya-consent), six months.
Light or dark (nitya-theme).
Your cart (nitya-bag), and the patio designs you save in the builder (nitya-designs).
When the offers pop-up last showed (nitya-offer), so it does not show more than once a week.
Trade sign-in (nitya-trade, nitya-trade-cart), only if you sign in to the trade portal; signing out removes it.

Needed for the site to work

Spam check on forms. The contact, review, trade and offer forms carry a Cloudflare Turnstile check, which may set a cookie of its own from Cloudflare while it runs. It is there to keep automated spam out of the yard’s inbox, not to track you.
Paying. The payment page is the yard’s WooCommerce store, which sets the cookies it needs to take your order. They are described in the privacy policy.

Changing your mind

Come back to this page, which is linked from the foot of every page, and press the other button. You can also clear the site’s data in your browser’s settings, which removes everything above and brings the cookie bar back.
