- Delivery Options
1.1 We offer a range of delivery options for our products. These options may vary depending on the size, weight, and location of the order.
1.2 Our delivery options include standard delivery, express delivery, and Saturday delivery. Please contact us for further details on these options.
1.3 We offer free standard delivery for orders over £500 within the M25 area. Orders under £500 or outside the M25 area may incur delivery charges, which will be calculated at checkout.
1.4 We reserve the right to change our delivery options and charges at any time.
2. Delivery Timescales
2.1 Our delivery timescales may vary depending on the size, weight, and location of the order.
2.2 Standard delivery timescales are typically 3-5 working days from the date of order confirmation.
2.3 Express delivery timescales are typically 1-2 working days from the date of order confirmation.
2.4 Saturday delivery timescales are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
2.5 We will always aim to deliver your order within the estimated timescales. However, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
3. Delivery Process
3.1 Deliveries will be made to the address specified by the customer at the time of ordering.
3.2 Delivery will be deemed to have taken place once the products have been unloaded at the delivery address specified by the customer.
3.3 It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is accessible and suitable for unloading the products.
3.4 If the delivery address is inaccessible, we reserve the right to charge additional delivery fees or cancel the order.
3.5 It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the products.
3.6 If nobody is available to receive and sign for the products, we reserve the right to charge additional delivery fees or cancel the order.
3.7 We will always aim to deliver the products in good condition. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the products upon delivery and report any damages or defects within 24 hours of receipt.
4. Delivery Restrictions
4.1 We reserve the right to refuse delivery to any address that we deem to be unsafe or unsuitable for our delivery vehicles.
4.2 We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses or hotels.
4.3 We are unable to deliver to addresses outside of the United Kingdom.
5. Delivery Delays
5.1 We will always aim to deliver your order within the estimated timescales. However, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
5.2 If we are unable to deliver your order within the estimated timescales, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery date.
6.1 Customers may collect their orders directly from our warehouse.
6.2 Customers must provide a valid order confirmation and a form of identification at the time of collection.
6.3 Customers are responsible for loading and securing the products onto their vehicles.
6.4 We reserve the right to refuse collection if the customer is unable to provide valid identification or if the products are not loaded and secured onto the vehicle safely.
