If a product becomes unavailable after your purchase, we will notify you by email and issue a full refund or suggest an alternative product.

Pricing

1. The prices listed on our website at the time of purchase represent the final amount payable for your order.

3. Prices may change without notice due to market fluctuations. Any quotations are valid only at the time of issue.

Product Variations and Installation

While we aim to display all product colours, finishes, and dimensions as accurately as possible, variations are inherent to natural stone.
Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing—do not rely solely on product images. Each batch of stone may vary in tone, veining, and texture.

Minor dimensional tolerances are considered acceptable due to the natural origin of the material:

• ±5mm for sandstone, slate, and limestone
• ±2mm for granite
• ±10mm for cobbles and setts

We recommend testing slabs by sprinkling water to reveal their true colour before installation. A thin layer of quarry dust may temporarily make new stones appear lighter in shade.

Right to Cancel

1. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase without providing a reason.
2. Please refer to our Returns Policy for further details.
3. If goods have already been dispatched, you may return them at your own cost or request collection (subject to a collection fee).
4. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of cancellation, excluding delivery, collection, and restocking fees where applicable.

Cancellation by Nitya Stones

We reserve the right to cancel an order if:

• Stock is unavailable,
• Delivery is not possible to your location, or
• A pricing or listing error has occurred.

In such cases, you will be notified by email and refunded in full within 30 days. Nitya Stones is not liable for any inconvenience caused by such cancellations.

Deliveries are made kerbside using a tail-lift and manual pallet truck. It is your responsibility to ensure access for an 18-tonne vehicle and a flat, hard surface for unloading. Deliveries cannot be made on gravel, grass, or steep inclines.

If access restrictions are not disclosed and delivery fails, re-delivery or return charges will apply.

Upon receipt, please inspect all goods before signing the delivery note. If any damage is visible, sign the note as “Damaged” and notify us within 72 hours.

Damaged or Defective Goods

Although we take great care during packaging, minor damage can occur during transit. We recommend inspecting all products before installation and retaining damaged slabs for use as cuts or offcuts.

Please note:

• Minor chips or edge wear are not considered defects.
• Claims for damage must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
• Claims for less than 5% of the total order are not valid as this is within the natural tolerance level for stone products.
• Refunds or replacements will be issued only after claim verification.

Liability Limitations

Nitya Stones shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including but not limited to loss of profit, business interruption, or goodwill—arising from use or inability to use our website or products.

This does not affect your rights under UK consumer law, nor does it limit liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, weather disruptions, natural disasters, transport delays, or technical failures.

Usage Restrictions

You agree not to use our website for:

• Uploading unlawful, abusive, or defamatory content;
• Transmitting materials that encourage illegal activity;
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with website functionality;
• Sharing or copying copyrighted material without permission.

You agree to indemnify Nitya Stones against all claims, losses, or damages resulting from any misuse of the website under your account.

Website Availability
