Return Policy:
If you wish to return your order, you can do so within 7 days of delivery. Full, unopened crates or unopened accessories can be returned within this timeframe. However, made-to-measure orders, loose slabs, and clearance items are non-returnable.
Return Arrangements:
- To arrange a return, please email Info@nityastones.co.uk. Nitya Stones will arrange the collection of the paving goods and require images of the crates in site to ensure that they are suitable for collection before scheduling the collection.
- If the original packaging is opened or requires improvement before collection, the customer must repack them for safe return.
- Failed collections due to non-compliance with the returns policy will incur a failed collection charge of £50 + VAT per crate to cover the company’s costs.
Return Costs:
- For paving products, a restocking fee of £200 per crate will be deducted from any refund due once the products are returned. This fee covers the delivery, collection, return, and restocking costs incurred by the company.
- For accessories, the customer must cover the return costs and a restocking fee of £10 per item will be deducted from any refund due.
- Alternatively, selling the goods can often be a more cost-effective solution for customers, and Nitya Stones can offer advice on how and where to do this.
Refund Process:
- Once the returned goods are received and their condition verified, the refund process typically takes 2-5 working days to complete.
- If the products are returned damaged, the cost of the damage will be deducted from the refund.
- After processing the refund, it may take an additional 2-5 days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank and payment method.
- Refunds are processed as a priority once the goods have been received and checked.
- Please note that no goods can be returned without prior authorization from the company.
