If you wish to return your order, you can do so within 14 days of delivery. Full, unopened crates or unopened accessories can be returned within this timeframe. However, made-to-measure orders, loose slabs, and clearance items are non-returnable.

- Failed collections due to non-compliance with the returns policy will incur a failed collection charge of £50 + VAT per crate to cover the company’s costs.
- For paving products, a restocking fee of £200 per crate will be deducted from any refund due once the products are returned. This fee covers the delivery, collection, return, and restocking costs incurred by the company.
